Evan Romano attended the French Culinary Institute and ALMA cooking school in Colorno, Italy. Romano has lived in Charleston for the past 3 years since having moved from New York City where he honed his knowledge of Italian cuisine under chefs Mario Batali and Michael White among others. Last  year Romano established Dough Boyz Pizza to bring to Charleston their idea of a proper pie.
