Years of Participation

A native of Statesboro, GA, Chef Littles has been at Toast’s lead chef post for a decade, dishing out her signature style of Southern fare cooked with love. An early start at Waffle House taught her the challenges of cooking breakfast fast, hot and delicious, a talent she carries over to Toast for breakfast lunch and dinner and expertly applies to anything from stuffed French toast to etouffee. A prior background in hotel management and restauration gives further ballast to her considerable skill set. Chef Littles has called Charleston home for twenty years.
