In 2011, Anne Caroline Bethea started Bib.On, a once, organic meal delivery service in NYC, turn speciality sweets bakery in Charleston. AC has found herself happily back in her home state of South Carolina, after eight years in the Big Apple. Here, she is focused (aside from working on her much slower southern pace) more on the underserved - those who have a gluten, dairy, egg and soy sensitivity, the health conscious, and most importantly, allergic kids who are often unable to indulge.
She selects all ingredients responsibly and uses natural sweeteners. Her goal is to make breaking vegan and gluten-free bread .. or ahummmm cakes, donuts, cookies.. fun and yummy!
