Martha Hall Foose is a chef, culinary instructor, story-teller, and the James Beard Award – winning author of Screen Doors and Sweet Tea: Recipes & Tales from a Southern Cook. Martha lives in the Mississippi Delta where the women drink whiskey and the men bake bread. There she writes, cooks, and lives with her husband, Donald and their son, Joe.
