Chef Caitlin Kelly acquired her B.A. Tulane University and received her Chef Certificate from the Culinary Institute of New Orleans. While in New Orleans Caitlin was the Pastry Chef at Rene Bistrot. After Hurricane Katrina she moved to Washington DC where she became the Pastry Chef at Vidalia Restaurant. After moving to Charleston Chef Caitlin accepted the Pastry Chef position at Sienna Restaurant and Trattoria Lucca. Currently, she is working as the Executive Pastry Chef at The Woodlands a Five Star, Five Diamond restaurant in Summerville, SC.
