PDF Culinary Students in the Charleston area that want to gain hands-on experience and make relationships with acclaimed chefs can apply now to participate in the Festival’s Student Chef Assistant Program. Culinary students in the program will assist locally and nationally renowned chefs and cookbook authors, during the 2010 Festival, March 4 -7, as they prep for various cooking demonstrations, competitions, meals and events.To read more please download the PDF
