Together these chefs, along with six other national chefs, will prepare a six-course dinner, with paired wines, that inspires and educates guests about the movement to bring diversity to the chef’s kitchen. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, hors d’oeuvres and insight into the new BCA student chapter starting at the Culinary Institute of Charleston campus this fall.
