Meet the 2010 Headling Chef, Daniel Boulud, during a special showing of French produced documentary, “Un Certain Gout pour l’Amerique”. This French film (with English subtitles) follows a day-in-the-life of renowned Chef/Restaurateur Boulud and interviews family, colleagues and celebrities. This will remove also be one of the few worldwide locations the film will have premiered. Immediately following the film, Boulud will join celebrity chef Andrew Carmellini along with Barbara Fairchild, editor of Bon Appetit for an intimate question and answer session.
