When Charleston was first built, the cisterns in the belly of the house allowed for a much-needed water source. Today, these spaces are known to be repurposed as wine cellars, providing a fitting resting place for a homeowner’s private collection. Through a partnership with the Preservation Society of Charleston, we’ll have the pleasure of stepping inside two remarkable homes located in the city’s historic district for a guided tour and tasting. Winemakers will pour outstanding varietals while the histories of each home are explained.

*Featured private homes will be revealed to ticket holders prior to the event.
