The New + Notables Dinner will recognize some of the country’s top up-and-coming chefs who are recognized by their peers as rising talent in their respective kitchens and culinary communities. Selected by a committee from a pool of public nominations, this elite group of three national chefs, one Charleston chef, a pastry chef and winemaker represents the future of food as we know it and will work together to prepare a memorable menu and evening.
