We’re bringing a fiery Spanish fiesta to the South, y’all.
Las Fallas, meaning “the fires”, is one of Spain’s most lively and unique festivals. At its inception, it was simply a feast day for St. Joseph, the patron saint of carpenters, and has since evolved into a five day fest celebrated every March to set afire small paper mache puppets symbolizing a bad deed or memory. The entire city lights up in high revelry and merriment.
In the spirit of Las Fallas, we’re throwing a Southern-style fiesta at biker haven, The Royal American. Rejoice alongside Charleston Wine + Food chefs who ride as they culminate their ritual Sunday joyride at the gates of this lively celebration. During the hours of siesta, expect to get fired up on a rockin’ tapas spread, mouthwatering pork, fine wines, and a live show by the one and only, Whiskey Diablo. To top it all off, you’ll be able to lay all your worries + cares to rest. Dance and dine your way through this spirited Sunday-Funday that’s guaranteed to set your sinister spirit free
