Join Farm to Table Event Co. for a harvest luncheon at Fresh Future Farm, a non-profit urban farm and fresh market located in North Charleston.
The family-style feast will kick off with a signature cocktail, followed by a four-course, farm-driven menu with wine pairings, created in collaboration by Bourbon Columbia owner and Chef Kristian Niemi, Executive Chef Frank Bradley of Bourbon (Columbia), Executive Chef Todd Woods of The Oak Table (Columbia),  Lionel Vatinet of La Farm Bakery (Cary, NC), Stuart Brioza of State Bird Provisions and The Progress (San Francisco), and Jason Vincent of Giant (Chicago).

The lunch will also feature Fresh Future Farm CEO Germaine Jenkins who will share insights into the challenges and successes of building a farm and market in the heart of an urban food desert. You’ll meet the farmers, chefs, and community members supporting Fresh Future Farm, and learn more about their empowering work to transform the area into a more self-reliant and robust community. Farm to Table Event Co. managing partners Eric McClam of City Roots, Columbia, Bourbon Columbia owner and Chef Kristian Niemi and Founding Partner Vanessa Bialobreski will facilitate remarks and discussions.
