As a special guest at our most exclusive event, you’ll be ushered into a magnificent private penthouse known for its spectacular views of Charleston, and our four world-renowned chefs will treat you to a sumptuous five-course Italian dinner. Andrew Carmellini—of The Dutch and Locanda Verde—will be showcasing his “soul-satisfying riffs on Italian cooking.” The “clear, clean, classic” traditional flavors that are a hallmark of Mark Ladner’s dishes at Del Posto will be in full force, as will the “compelling and innovative” regional flavors that are characteristic of Michael Tusk’s creations at Quince and the “artful presentations” of Marc Vetri’s iconic Vetri restaurant in Philadelphia. Each course will be masterfully paired with wines selected for the evening by David Lynch, formerly of San Francisco’s Quince. With the renowned Mickey Bakst of Charleston Grill orchestrating every detail, you know that the service is going to be nothing less than five star.
