An Italian feast awaits, led by a team from around the world. Charleston’s very own Chef Ken Vedrinski will welcome Montreal’s Chef Michele Forgione of Impasto, as well as BOKA Restaurant Group’s Executive Pastry Chef Meg Galus to create an elegant evening of culinary decadence. Tramin’s Wolfgang Klotz will travel all the way from Termeno, Italy for the occasion to present the wine pairings. All we can say is, andiamo, y’all!
