Simply fabulous. That’s what you’ll be saying about every moment. . .every sip. . .every bite. Superstar mixologist Charlotte Voisey and Scotch expert Nicholas Pollacchi are joining forces to create an experience that’ll go down in cocktail history. Together, they’ll be working their magic, concocting drinks featuring The Balvenie—a one-of-a-kind single malt Scotch whisky that’s the product of “a unique combination of human craft and natural alchemy”—and the superbly smooth Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum. Cocktails will be perfectly paired with each of the magnificent four courses prepared by Carolina’s Executive Chef Jill Mathias.
