Our very first cocktail dinner is guaranteed to blow you away. Superstar mixologist Charlotte Voisey will be taking us to new heights with cocktails featuring Hendrick’s Gin, which brings together a delightfully unusual blend of botanicals infused with rose and cucumber, and Milagro Tequila, touted as “fresh, crisp and agave-forward.” These cocktails will be specially paired for each of the four courses on the tasting menu created by the talented, dynamic Scott Stefanelli of the Culinary Institute of Charleston and the gifted master of refined and comforting cuisine—Scott Crawford of The Umstead Hotel and Spa.

The perfect way to rise and shine on Sunday morning is to head out to Charleston’s last great waterfront estate (circa 1786)—a National Historic Place—situated on 14 luxurious acres along the banks of the Ashley River and featuring two grand piazzas and broad bluestone, brick, and oyster tabby terraces. At Lowndes Grove Plantation, a special blessing will invite you to relax, and your soul will be filled with glorious music by the winner of the Gospel Performance Competition as you enjoy a traditional three-course Lowcountry brunch prepared by the best brunch restaurants and caterers in town. Svedka Vodka and Charleston Mix Bloody Marys, Maker’s Mark Mint Juleps, mimosas and coffee by Charleston Coffee Roasters will be served.
